Congratulations on achieving your Yellow/Green Belt  (8th Kyu)
and welcome to the section of our website dedicated to your
ongoing karate knowledge, development and inspiration.

Grading to orange belt means you are now well on your way
in your karate journey. By now you would have developed a
good grounding in your basic strikes, kicks, blocks and
stances. You will now be introduced to a number of new strikes
and blocks, many of which are performed open handed. You will
also be introduced to a number of new stances.
