White Belt - 10th to 8th Kyu : Introduction (beginner age 13 & up)

Picture
As a white belt you will be regularly practicing, basic stances,
strikes, blocks and kicks. These will all be your focus through
to your 7th Kyu - Green Belt where you will then be introduced
to more advanced techniques.
