Congratulations on achieving 7th Kyu (Green belt) and welcome
to the section of our website dedicated solely to your ongoing knowledge, development and inspiration.

Having achieved your Green belt means you have begun to
successfully grasp the “advanced” techniques, as well as
developing a sound knowledge of the Sanchin and Tensho katas.
You would have as well, continued to develop ability in all previously learned techniques and kata.
